The Actions of Greenpeace

Lots of Greenpeaces actions were succesful, here is a list of them:

1971 Greenpeace succefuly stop the nuclear tests in Alaska.
1978 Greenpeace stoped the seal hunt for there skin in Scotland.
1982 Greenpeace stoped the whaling, The international comity of whaling did a rule to stop the comersial whaling.
2002 After ten years of fiight greenpeace stoped some of the deforestation in Amazonia.
2006 2 million hectars of forest in Colombie is potected from the deforestation.
2006 DELL and HP (computer companies) accepted to get off there products the most toxic materials.

The Goal of Greenpeace

Greenpeace's goal is to defend the nature. They try to stop killing whales, seals,squids and tuna fish. Greenpeace tries to stop deforestation too. Greenpeace also tries to stop GMO (Geneticallly Modified Object).

French Greenpeace

The French Greenpeace is the same as the International one exept they speak French!

-500 volenteers.
-50 employees.
-100 activists.
